We’re veterans — Jeff (Army) and Demetri (Marines) — who want to help as many homeowners and businesses as we can in our community in Oceanside, California and the surrounding San Diego area. We both come from multiple generations of construction and between the two of us have 30+ years of experience. We provide handyman services, and we are a licensed full-service construction company. We do everything from remodels to new builds to your "honey do list" that never gets done. We're not "above" any project. We're here to help. Doing work right the first time is the only way we operate. We’re not much for fluff, so we promise to always shoot you straight, honor your time, and deliver great work.

We're located in Oceanside, California. We primarily serve North County San Diego, as well as east to Temecula, south to La Jolla or further north into San Clemente in Orange County. We do take on projects that are further distances away on a case-by-case basis. So if your project is located farther away, reach out to tell us more about it.

Yes. We're a licensed contractor, and we are insured. Our license number is 1050119.

We do just about everything for both commercial and residential projects. We do full construction projects from new builds to remodels to ADUs. We also provide handyman services. We provide general contracting, and we do framing, drywall, cabinetry, tile installation, doors and windows, electrical, plumbing, painting, exteriors, gutter repair, power washing and nearly anything you can think of. If you need some grunt work done, chances are — we can help.

Depending on what your project is, you may need a permit. We will pull permits as needed but do not work with the HOA. We leave that to the homeowners. But first, let's talk so we can learn more about your project, and then we can help you decide on the best next steps.
